MYSTA LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to delivering high-quality wellness coaching, movement practices, and educational resources. Due to the nature of our services—many of which are digital, time-based, and/or personalized—all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to any of our services.

1. General Policy – All Sales Are Final

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

All coaching sessions, digital content access, membership subscriptions, class bookings (virtual or in-person), and downloadable materials are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided for failure to attend scheduled sessions, change of mind, or unused time on memberships.

2. Membership Subscriptions
All membership fees (monthly or annual) are charged in advance. You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the current billing period.
It is your responsibility to manage your subscription settings before your next billing cycle. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

4. Liability Limitations via Arbitration
In the event of any claim, dispute, or disagreement between you and MYSTA LLC regarding purchases or refunds, both parties agree to pursue binding arbitration as the exclusive method of dispute resolution.
In such cases, MYSTA LLC’s total liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the disputed service or product. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to time lost, perceived outcomes, or emotional distress.

5. No Guarantees of Results
Wellness coaching, fitness programming, and mindfulness practices are deeply personal and depend on individual engagement. While we aim to provide empowering and high-quality services, we do not offer guarantees regarding outcomes or specific results. As such, dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.
